Frank Vincent. Yeah, you know who he is. Think of any Italian gangster flick that's worth it's weight in upholding the credo, and Frank Vincent was a part of it. GOODFELLAS, CASINO, THE SOPRANOS - sh*t, Frank was even in DO THE RIGHT THING. Bottom line, Frank is a bad-mofo with that natural born ability to deliver gangster tactics and mob-rule.

The Squad MC is a str8 gangster flick junky. When I was in the 9th grade, my teachers notified the principal that my last quarter term paper was about the Cosa Nostra. I was intrigued by mob hits, mob power and all that so I started digging beyond the normal gangster resources to learn more. I quickly learned that my teenage bullying tactics were futile compared to what the Cosa Nostra was about. I discovered that what we know as the "Mafia" (which doesn't exist : -) began in Sicily during medieval times as a crew of men bound to protect the estates of wealthy landlords while the landlords were out playing. By the 1800's, the Cosa Nostra had become powerful and used violence if necessary against anyone that opposed their rule. If you were in, you were sworn to live by a serious life/death ethical code called Omerta. If you broke a rule, like Big P*ssy from THE SOPRANOS, no matter what, your best friends had to lay down the death blow on ya. They survived in Italy for years and some say, are still active worldwide. Apparently, Mussolini was such a gangster himself, many believe that he was the main reason the mob was forced to the U.S. to set up shop. By the 1930's, they were knee-deep in the U.S. and Al Capone became the face of their actions. Of course these organizations don't really exist. We all know this... tu capisci?
So when I read that Frank V. was gonna sign on with Olympic Silver Medallist, Gail Fitzgerald and her partner, Jon Gentile, to make an African-American/Italian gangster flick, I jumped all over this and asked for some flicks from the signing and some inside scoop. THEY SAID NO. Deeeeaaammmn.
Naturally, I gave them an offer they couldn't refuse.
Peep the flicks.
INSIDE SCOOP TO UFP
HOW TO CATCH A GANGSTER is The Godfather meets at The Barbershop according to our sources. We can only imagine. Comedy/Drama/Action all rolled together with characters rich in flavor...Oh...it's gonna be a good one.
Whoever is up for roles in this joint better hope they get it because it's
gonna be the real deal son. I have heard rumors about Sean Combs (that's
his government name) and a slew of other actors and actresses clamoring
for a piece of this action.
STAY TUNED TO UFP - THE SQUAD WILL BE ON THIS ONE FROM START TO FINISH
