THE
FILM IS DIRECTED BY JOSEPH KAHN.
Joseph is from Houston, Texas. The city that was affectionately
labeled, Houston Heat Holders from Face. Not sure if Joseph
calls the 5th Ward home though. Kahn has directed more music
videos and won more awards for this craft than most. Peep
some of the talent JK has directed - Eminem, U2, Mariah Carey,
DMX, Moby, Garbage, Janet Jackson, Justin
Timberlake, Wu-Tang, TLC, Aerosmith, Faith Hill, Nelly and
Britney Spears. Was that marriage thing stupid or what? Who
cares. Joseph's film is more important. His production company
is SuperMega and so is his first feature film, TORQUE.
The Squad is calling all MOVIE fans...and by MOVIE fans we
are talking about the fans out there that wanna see some fun
entertainment and are not concerned with things like Plot
Point One was not right and where is the pathos? Well, how
about this smart-guy, the film is full of strong ETHOS with
kick-azz bikes and tricks too boot. So go to the theater and
LEAN LOW to the YOUNGBLOODZ sound, ICE CUBE, MARTIN HENDERSON,
MONET MAZUR, JAY HERNANDEZ, WILL YUN LEE (VA Homeboy), ADAM
SCOTT, MATT SCHULZE and all the speed you can handle. Adrenaline
junkies should take their medication before seeing this film.

Y2K - A carbon-filled
chassis built around an inverted Rolls Royce Allison 250-C18
turbine jet engine originally designed to power a helicopter.
Packing more than 300 horsepower and 450 ft/lbs of TORQUE,
the Y2K goes from 0-227 mph in 15 seconds. DEEEEAAAMMM. THERE

- This is FORD's bike (Martin Henderson) - The bike can reach
speeds over 180 mph going from 0-100 in 6.4 seconds. This
bike will tap your bank account for 25 g's if you want to
own one.
TRIUMPH DAYTONA 955i
- This is TREY's bike (Ice Cube) - It has a liquid-cooled
3-cylinder DOHC in-line engine with a multipoint sequential
electronic fuel injection system. It's maximum TORQUE can
reach 100Nm (74ft.lbf) at 8,200 rpm and it's maximum power,
149PS (147bhp) at 10,700 rpm. Man this bike will have people
100 MILES AND RUNNIN for
those that know.
