THE MATRIX
RELOADED - THOUGHT PROVOKING FUN...
No matter how you slice it, any product that can generate $100 million
dollars in 4 days of business must have something appealing to the
American consumer. So in case you have not seen it, we will offer
you our top-three reasons to see THE MATRIX RELOADED.
NUMBER 1 - THE WHOLE FIGHT GAME and MACHINE vs. HUMAN
The running, jumping, fighting, flying, platinum dreds with switchblades,
Cadillac Grills and amazing fight choreography will leave you simply
amazed. While the first installment contained more tense dramatic
moments, RELOADED is aimed more at solving the issues at hand, so
there is really no time for dramatic build-up. Also, the simple
thought that what if your PC or MAC suddenly decided to wake up
and kick your a*s one day? Well, that probably won't happen, but
how many times has a device let you down when you absolutely, positively
needed it? Hmmmmm.
NUMBER 2 - WARNER BROS. and VILLAGE ROAD SHOW'S Commitment to
Diversity
The film represents a beautiful cross-section of diversity. Unlike
former box-office behemoths, like THE TITANIC and X-2, THE MATRIX
franchise has provided wonderful leading roles for many minorities
and it should be recognized. It also proves that any executive that
says minorities can't open a film is a liar. Certainly, without
the truly gifted Laurence Fishburne, would the series had ever taken
off? We salute WB and Village Road Show for their efforts.
NUMBER 3
The Lakers lost and
so did Allen Iverson. So get outta the house and check it out. THE
MATRIX RELOADED is far more interesting than BIG FUNDAMENTALS.

HBO'S
CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED ON THE RECORD WITH BOB COSTAS CONTINUES
IT'S THIRD SEASON WITH SPECIAL GUEST JERRY SEINFELD
Comic Jerry Seinfeld heads the guest
list on HBO's talk show ON THE RECORD WITH BOB COSTAS. If you missed
the show on Friday, May 16th, catch the show TONIGHT, May 19, (7:00
p.m.) or WEDNESDAY, May 21 (10:30 p.m.). All times are EST.
Seinfeld's segment occupies about
half of the 45-minute program, as the star of one of the most successful
sitcoms in history appears for an engaging, in-depth interview.
The show also includes a panel on the state of reality TV with guests
Larry Wilmore and Mike Fleiss. Wilmore is a veteran producer of
scripted network series, including "The Bernie Mac Show,"
while Fleiss is the executive producer behind the reality shows
"Are You Hot?," "The Bachelor" and "Who
Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire?"
We know there are many "Seinfeld" fans out there. So tune
in and see what's poppin with Jerry...Hey, remember that episode
when Jerry couldn't remember his new honey's name other than it
rhymed with a part of the female anatomy? Or how about when Jerry
got Babou deported? And who could possibly forget the simple yet
utterly funny statement, "Newman!"
On COSTAS, Jerry delivers some of his classic make you think jokes...
Seinfeld: "I was on in Las Vegas and it was the Kentucky Derby,
and somebody yelled out,
'Do the horse thing.' "I have this whole thing about do the
horses know that they're
racing? What do they think is going on? They must get to the end
and go, 'We were just here, what's the point of that?' The horse
says, 'If we had just stayed here, we would have been first.'"
